My room included a minibar with complimentary snacks. A HUGE walk-in shower and automated toilet with a heated seat were definite pluses. I really liked the ice machine on each floor. It provided free ice. The street-side view from the balcony offered great scenery.

The breakfast area seemed a little crowded during peak hours, causing SOME wait times. It would benefit from better organization. I believe it needs a more streamlined system. It got busy.
